Michel Toet is an experienced VAT advisor. Before joining Fisconti Michel Toet worked as VAT Professional coordinator of the offices The Hague and Rotterdam of the department Large Business of the Dutch tax authorities. In that role he was involved in various VAT topics like VAT-compensation fund for local governments, non-profit organizations, VAT position of education enterprise and health care businesses, VAT and holding issues, real estate and international enterprises. Michel Toet was also involved with the implementation of new VAT legislation. Furthermore, Michel Toet is an experienced formal tax law advisor and has worked for a while as a fraud coordinator at the Dutch tax authorities. Before joining the Dutch tax authorities Michel Toet worked several years as a VAT-advisor in the commercial practice.<\/p>\n

Although Michel prefers in depth fiscal analysis \u2013 he provide commentary to VAT court cases for the Dutch fiscal publisher NTFR and provides explanation for a part of the VAT commentary of NDFR, he is foremost a practical and solution driven advisor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
